We are Citizens Advice Southampton

Due to the extreme heat affecting Southampton, we have taken the decision to suspend our library advice service on Wednesday and Thursday.

This means we will not be at Central Library on Wednesday or Shirley Library on Thursday.
Office appointments, home visits and outreach work on these days is also affected.  We have been trying to contact clients who have appointments or home visits booked with us on Wednesday or Thursday.
If you have an appointment or home visit booked with us on Wednesday or Thursday and have not yet spoken to us, please contact our Admin team on 02380 223659 so we can discuss this with you.

You can still contact Citizens Advice Southampton for advice by calling Adviceline on 0808 27 87 863.
You can also access advice online through the Citizens Advice website.
We apologise for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
Please note that the Citizens Advice Southampton office will be closed for the week commencing Monday 29 June.

Our library outreach sessions will still be running as usual:
Central Library – Wednesday, 10am–1pm
Shirley Library – Thursday, 10am–1pm
Woolston Library – Friday, 10am–1pm

If you need advice during this time, you can also speak to us via Adviceline on 📞 0808 27 87 863.

Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to welcoming you back when the office reopens.
