I am honoured to serve as a Trustee with Citizens Advice Southampton, contributing to the vital work of the organization. I joined the Board in late 2025 after holding senior leadership roles across banking, energy, and real estate sectors. My background encompasses corporate governance, people management, and dispute resolution, with extensive experience leading transformational initiatives in diverse settings.
As a trained dispute resolution practitioner and facilitator, I am committed to helping people navigate conflicts constructively and to fostering adaptive mindsets. Over the years, I have volunteered in leadership capacities within dispute resolution organizations and supported outreach and rehabilitation initiatives in Southampton. I look forward to leveraging my experience to support the Citizens Advice Southampton team in delivering impactful, accessible services to our community.
