Citizens Advice Southampton
We provide free, confidential and impartial advice and campaign on big issues affecting people's lives.
People come to us with all sorts of issues. You may have money, benefit, housing or employment problems. You may be facing a crisis, or just considering your options.
Our goal is to help everyone find a way forward, whatever problem they face.
We're an independent charity and part of the Citizens Advice network across England and Wales.
We value diversity, promote equality and challenge discrimination wherever we see it.
**Coronavirus Service update**
We recognise that people are experiencing increased difficulty during these unprecedented times and need our advice more than ever. We want to reassure you that while demand for our help has increased, and we have had to suspend our face to face services - we are committed to doing our very best to continue to help as many people as we can. Our staff and volunteers have done an incredible job to adapt to new ways of working in a very short time and are dealing with your telephone and e-mail enquiries as quickly as possible.
As we continue to mobilise more advisers to work remotely we will be able to increase the help available. We would like to thank you for your patience if you experience a delay in getting help from us while we continue to adapt to the changing situation.
